Application Areas- : WEICON Mould Release Agent Spray is a silicone-free lubricant and release agent. The high-quality combination of active ingredients with a high sliding effect, consisting of pure natural products and prevents adhesion to plastics, moulds, metals and tools. WEICON Mould Release Agent can be used in plastics processing, injection moulding, pressing and vacuum forming.
SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT: The surfaces to be treated must be free of grease, dry and clean. We recommend WEICON Spray Cleaner S. Then shake the can and spray it on at a distance of approx. 25 cm. The special valve makes it possible to work in any position.
