Boil the water. Divide the milk into portioned yoghurt cups. Place it in the outer chamber of the yoghurt maker. Fill the outer chamber with boiled water until it remains 2 cm. Be careful not to let it get into the containers you put the milk in. Do not close the portion lids during fermentation. Close the outer door.
